The community of Wingfield Springs is located about 20 minutes northeast of Reno, and 15 minutes from downtown Sparks, in the suburb of Spanish Springs.

Hidden Valley is a quiet and secluded community tucked up against the mountains 10 minutes south of Sparks, and about a 15 minute drive east from downtown Reno. 
 
Somersett is located about 10 minutes west of downtown Reno, created in a peaceful valley in western Reno in 2002.
 
Lakeridge is conveniently located just 4.5 miles south of Downtown Reno. 
 
The community of Arrowcreek is a 25 minute drive southwest from downtown Reno. 

Montrêux is a private golf course community located between Reno and Lake Tahoe.

Lightning W Ranch is a 35 minute drive south on Hwy 395 from downtown Reno.
